Why TESOL in France, Paris?
France has always been a special destination for tourists from across the world. The enchanting beauty includes the rolling Praierie of Champagne or Beauce, the countryside of Normandy and Brittany the dry hinterland, the steppe-like plateau of Causses, the long coastline including the Channel, the Atlantic Ocean, Mediterranean and North Sea. The oldest Monument is Luxor Obelisk. One must experience the famous street "Avenue des Champs-Elysees" for cinemas, cafes and luxury speciality shops. Bastille Square - the original site of Bastille prison is a must watch. No one should forget to visit The Louvre the grand museum where you get to see the Monalisa Painting. Beside this there are other museums like the perfume museum named Musee de la Parfumerie Fragonard, the famous doll museum is called Musee de la Poupee. Talking a stroll along the banks of river Seine is often an unforgettable experience perhaps a meal on Bateau Mouches-long boats while cruising on the river Siene will be even more memorable. A drive during the weekend in the picturesque countryside dotted with awesome castles and chateaus would be absolutely mind blowing.
Evening and nightlife in Paris
An evening in Paris is what every tourist looks forward to. It wears a mystical look when the monuments are lit up. There are two opera houses Palais Garnier and Opera Bastille which host Opera national de Paris. Stade de France the incredible stadium where the sporting events and concerts take place. There are rock venues where international performers perform. The vibrant city is popular for the night clubs such as String fellows or ClubMed. The cabaret shows like The Lido is famous worldwide for the gorgeous bluebell girls. Moulin Rouge and Crazy Horse are the famous for its can-can and glamorous yet choreographed routines and risqué dancing. French cuisine and French wines are again a lifetime experience. There are restaurants for all budgets from luxurious Jules Verne, Tourd'Argent to ChezPapa chain of restaurant which offers authentic French food at a reasonable rate.
Weekend
A Tip to Normandy and Versailles over the weekends would be a wonderful experience while staying in Paris. Traveler will discover long beautiful coastline with sandy beaches in Normandy which is also famous for its exotic museums, monuments and cemeteries. Those interested about arts will enjoy a trip to Giverny and visit the house and garden of Claude Monet which inspire him to draw the famous waterlily paintings. And for experiencing the grandeur of loyal life one should see extravagant Palace of Versailles. One of the most dazzling sights, home to kings and queens with elaborate tastes is the court of Versailles. It is an unforgettable experience to walk through the Hall of Mirrors, Grand Apartments and Chapels exquisite gardens.
Weather
Paris experience a heavy spring and autumn showers however rainfall has an erratic pattern. August is the hottest month and also the wettest. There is occasional snow in winter. Paris' average yearly temperature is between 120C to 30C and 190C in July. Temperatures drop below zero degree in winter and shoots to mid 30s in summer.
